Training
All staff attends at least 7 days of training, including CPR, first aide, abuse awareness, universal precautions, proper lifting techniques, and Title 6 - Sensativity Training. Medical training is provided, as needed, for the care of children with special medical needs, such as trach suction or g-tube operations.
Executive Director
Mr. Webb has served as executive director for over 30 years. He has a Master's degree in Educational Psychology and Guidance. He oversees the operational needs, fundraising, and overall staff at Kids, Incorporated.
Program Director
Ms. Patterson has served as program director for 3 years. She has a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, emphasising in Early Childhood Special Education. She has worked with young children since 1991. She oversees the center-based staff and conducts home visits.
Early Childhood Interventionist
Ms. Tollett has served as an early interventionist for over 20 years. She educates our older two-year-olds class and prepares them for entering the school system or preschool environment at age 3-years-old. She has earned her Child Development Associate's (CDA) certification.
Ms. Christopher has served as an early interventionist for over 20 years. She educates our older ones and younger two-year-olds class. She has earned her Child Development Associate's (CDA) certification.
Ms. Lewis has served as an early interventionist for over 20 years. She educates our younger 1-year-old class. She has some college education.
Ms. Crabree has served as a home-based early interventionist and program coordinator in Fentress County for 4 years. She is working on a Bachelor's degree in special education.
Ms. Hoover has recently joined the staff as a part-time home-based early interventionist. She has her PhD in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in elementary education.
Financial Manager
Ms. Houston has served as financial manager for over 20 years. She oversees all financial aspects of Kids, Incorporated. |
